Diamond wire saw suitable for large cuts of marble, stone and similar materials. The machine requires the assistance of an operator and it is equipped with an electronic device for setting the wire speed from 0 to 40 metres/second. The forward movement of the machine is controlled by an electronic precision device which allows it to be moved quickly during positioning and adjusts the reversing speed in such a way that the wire tension remains constant in accordance with the preselected amperage.
Movable stainless steel (Ip 67) control panel installed on a galvanised tripod, fitted with a 10 metre long cable.
The electric power and electronic adjustment system is installed on the machine in a hermetic box.
The machine can also be fitted with an accident-prevention safety belt.
The machine is supplied with 2180 mm long, galvanised sliding tracks which are constructed with a robust box structure and which are light enough to allow the operator to easily move them.
